Before playing the game you must use crack and update the game!
How to Install Crack and Patch 1.1.2.01.Extract the RAR file by using Winrar
2.Open Gta IV eflc Crack and copy all files to your game folder
3.Open Gta IV eflc Patch 1.1.2.0 and copy all files to the game folder
4.Open patch 1.1.2.0 setup and run it as administrator

5.After the setup finished update..You're done!
